TUITION
Salon fee is $2695 . Late fee is $2795 after May 15, 2007. This includes tuition, materials, and most meals. It does not include lodging, which can be arranged to suit your budget.
We will be glad to help you sort this out.

CANCELLATION AND
REFUND POLICY
A cancellation fee of $350 will be charged for cancellations received sixty days before the course. After that, a $475 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be given less than seven days before the course starts; however, we will be glad to consider a credit toward a future Salon.
Should The Writing Salon cancel a course, all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. We cannot be responsible for the costs of travel arrangements. We suggest you consider trip cancellation insurance. We will do our best to notify you of any such cancellation as early as possible.
ACCOMMODATION
Tuition does not include lodging. Eight rooms are available at L'Avenc on a first-come first-served basis. To reserve one, please contact Belinda Parris at +34-629-67-74-49 or www.avenc.com. MEALS
Lunch and dinner will be catered by L'Avenc. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
TRANSPORTATION
The nearest airports are Barcelona and Girona. There are car-rental desks at both airports. If you prefer not to rent a car please let us know, as we will be arranging transportation to and from the airports.
OTHER THINGS TO DO IN CATALUNYA
There are many wonderful hikes in the area and many picturesque villages to explore. We strongly encourage you to add a few days to your trip to explore nearby Barcelona, a fantastic artistic melting pot of styles from sombre Romanesque to bizarre Gaudi. Also visit the beautiful beaches, and Dali's home at Cadaques. |
